Teaching has always been a passion of mine - working on lesson plans that were creative and powerful for both student and teacher were always fun for me. So when I had the opportunity to start to edit and, later, create entire curriculum at Diné College, I focused on student and teacher motivated programs that connected directly to the community, our needs, our histories, and our futures. I am excited to bring all this experience to the UC Davis Native American and Indigenous Studies Online Minor!
